Payment Flow & Delivery Policy
Once a payment has been made a booking confirmation will be issued electronically confirming all reservation details along with the booking cancellation policy.
We will also send a text message after the booking has been made to confirm the summary of the booking where a mobile number is provided.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. For online or telephone deposits or deposits in person for any special event, seasonal event or bookings which require a deposit or pre-payment at the time of booking these bookings are strictly non refundable and non-transferable.
Should a duplication of payment be taken or mistake made by Sixteen Brasserie a refund will be processed within 24hrs.
If you paid by credit or debit card, we’ll refund the same card originally used to place and pay for the order.

Certain links, including hypertext links, in our site will take you to external websites.
